In accordance with the Constitution and Rules of Barnet and District Athletic Club, notice is hereby given that the Club’s Annual General Meeting will take place at the Clubhouse on Thursday 5th October 2017, commencing at 8:00 pm.
Resolutions and motions for consideration, and any other items for discussion must be formally notified in writing, to be received by me no later than 15th August 2015. Only items so notified will appear on the agenda and be considered at the meeting. All motions must be proposed and seconded by fully paid-up members.
The meeting agenda will be sent to members during the month of September.
This is also a chance for club members to consider if they have time and the commitment to be on the Committee. If you are interested please speak to our Chairman Adrian Mason or myself or one of the other current Committee Members. New Committee Members are always welcome.
