Training sessions

The club holds sessions for runners of all abilities and standards, and first timers are encouraged to come along to a Thursday run at the Clubhouse or a Saturday morning run in Trent Park.

Club Senior Training Sessions week commencing 24th June 2019:

Tue: 17:30 Trent Park, Speed-Endurance with Des, ALL welcome (only for those not racing Wed)

Wed: ALL required at Stevenage for the MWRRL

Thu: 18:50 ALL Saracens Clubhouse

Sat: 09:10 Trent Park, Fartlek with Richard McCormick, Interval with Maggie
