Welcome! We are a community running and athletics club based in Barnet, North London.
We hold several training sessions each week for athletes of all abilities. We also enter teams in local cross country, road, and track and field leagues, and we have a lively social scene too.
New runners are invited to come along to our sessions and try us out with no obligation to join. Check out this page for sessions for children aged 9 to 16. Our senior sessions are listed below:
Our Tuesday interval sessions are currently under construcion. Watch this space for details of new sessions starting in New/East Barnet in September 2019!
Our Thursday club runs start at 7pm from Saracens at Bramley Road Sports Ground on Cat Hill. We have group runs of 4 to 8 miles for all abilities.
Our Saturday sessions start at 9:15 in Trent Park (meeting at Cockfosters Road Car Park) and feature hills, reps, and fartlek style workouts.
Our Sunday long distance runs start at 9:00 in Trent Park (meeting at Cockfosters Road Car Park). We have three groups depending on abilities.
We hold sessions specifically for beginners on Wednesday at 6:30 in Oak Hill Park (meeting at Little Grove), and on Saturdays at 9:15 in Trent Park.
