Welcome! We are a community running and athletics club based in Barnet, North London.
We hold several training sessions each week for athletes of all abilities. We also enter teams in local cross country, road, and track and field leagues, and we have a lively social scene too.
New runners are invited to come along to our sessions and try us out with no obligation to join. Check out this page for sessions for children aged 9 to 16. Our senior sessions are listed below:
Our Tuesday interval sessions start at 7pm from New Barnet Leisure Centre. All abilities welcome.
Our Thursday steady runs start at 7pm from New Barnet Leisure Centre, with groups going at 7, 8-9 and 10+ minute miles.
Our Saturday sessions start at 9:15 in Trent Park (meeting at Cockfosters Road Car Park) and feature hills, reps, and fartlek style workouts.
Our Sunday long distance runs start at 9am at New Barnet Leisure Centre. We have three groups depending on abilities.
We hold sessions specifically for beginners on Wednesday at 6:30pm in Oak Hill Park (meeting at Little Grove), and on Saturdays at 9:15 in Trent Park.
Introduction to running
Our introduction to running course runs for 10 weeks from Thursday 19 September, starting at 6:45pm each Thursday at New Barnet Leisure Centre. Email DiGodin@aol.com for more information
