Welcome! We are a community running and athletics club based in Barnet, North London.
All club training sessions are cancelled until further notice, due to the coronavirus. Link: for some training help.
We hold several training sessions each week for athletes of all abilities. We also enter teams in local cross country, road, and track and field leagues, and we have a lively social scene too.
New runners are invited to come along to our sessions and try us out with no obligation to join. Check out this page for sessions for children aged 9 to 16. Our senior sessions are listed below:
Our Tuesday interval sessions start at 6pm from New Barnet Leisure Centre. All abilities welcome.
Our Thursday steady runs start at 6pm from New Barnet Leisure Centre.
Our Saturday sessions start at 9:15 in Trent Park (meeting at Trent Park Cafe) and feature hills, reps, and fartlek style workouts.
Our Sunday long distance runs start at 9:15am at Trent Park Cafe. Check our facebook group beforehand to check routes.
We hold sessions specifically for beginners on Saturdays at 9:15 in Trent Park.
