Welcome! We are a community running and athletics club based in Barnet, North London.
Training sessions have restarted and participants are required to complete this form and should separately notify the coach/leader of their group, prior to attendance.
We hold several training sessions each week for athletes of all abilities. We also enter teams in local cross country, road, and track and field leagues, and we have a lively social scene too.
New runners are invited to come along to our sessions and try us out with no obligation to join. Check out this page for sessions for children aged 9 to 16. Our senior sessions are listed below:
Our Tuesday interval sessions start at 6pm from New Barnet Leisure Centre.
Our Thursday runs start at 6pm from New Barnet Leisure Centre.
Our Saturday sessions start at 9:15 in Trent Park (meeting at Trent Park Cafe) and feature hills, reps, and fartlek style workouts.
Our Sunday long distance runs start at 9am at Trent Park Cafe. We also have a group which meets in Potters Bar. Check our facebook group beforehand to check routes.
We hold sessions specifically for beginners on Saturdays at 9:15 in Trent Park.
Introduction to running
Our introduction to running course runs for 10 weeks. The current course started on 1 October 2020 and starts at 7pm each Thursday from New Barnet Leisure Centre.
